Target bank creates a specialized subsidiary as an issuer of stablecoins. We provide our BIX Coin to the subsidiary and it becomes the "Bank Coin" tied to their deposits and available cash. No third party.

True RTP Settlements

Prior to transfer, there is end to end bank/identity validation. Fiat or "Bank Coin" transfers globally along stablecoin rails via ACH —no chance of nonreceipt.
